Local Authorities are key agents of development and the provision of serviced land is one of the core functions of our local authority and one of the strategic objectives of the Strategic Plan of Council for the next five years. The provision of these services will have a direct impact on our communities’ health and well-being and therefore will address also a second strategic objective to create a safe and hygienic environment in Otjiwarongo. Otjiwarongo Council hence, takes pride in servicing of mass land in different extensions. One of the extension that is progressing well is extension 6 at the southern entrance of town.This extension will consist of 34 plots in total including Residential 1, Residential 2 and General Business. The project is expected to be completed by December 2016.
